2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small files that are placed on your device by the website to enable the website to function, remember preferences, perform measurement or display third party content. Similar technologies (such as local storage, tags and pixels) may perform similar functions; we refer to all of them in this policy as “cookies”.

5. Legal basis

  • Necessary/functional: legitimate interest of the data controller in providing the service (art. 6.1.f RGPD).
  • Preferences, Statistics and Marketing/Third Parties: consent (art. 6.1.a RGPD) collected with Complianz.

6. Consent management

When you log in you will see a banner with the options Accept all, Reject everything y Configure. You can modify or withdraw your consent at any time from the link “Configure cookies”.” from footer.

The consent is renewed at least every 12 months or sooner if we substantially change the tools.

7. International transfers

Suppliers such as Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Fonts, reCAPTCHA, YouTube, Maps) may process data outside the EEA (e.g. USA). We apply the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and available complementary measures. By accepting non-necessary categories you consent to these transfers.

8. Conservation

Cookies are kept according to their own expiry dates (see tables). The consent records generated by Complianz are kept for the time necessary to prove compliance and for the applicable legal periods.

9. Minors

This site is not directed specifically at minors. If we detect information obtained without a proper basis, we will promptly delete it.

11. Rights of users

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw your consent at any time.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or technical changes. We will provide notice by reasonable means where appropriate (e.g., through the banner itself or a notice on the website).
